Rosa María Palacios denunció una persecución en su contra por Petro-Tech

La conductora de “Prensa Libre”, Rosa María Palacios , denunció el jueves una persecución en su contra luego de que el Congreso aprobara el informe de la comisión que investigó la venta de Petro-Tech .
Como se recordará dicho informe había sido archivado la semana pasada y tras las críticas de Alan García se pidió una reconsideración de la votación.
Sostuvo que a la empresa llamada hoy Savia “se le acusa de no haber pagado impuestos”, cuando —recordó— el propio ex ministro de Economía Luis Carranza consideró que la transacción no estaba gravada. “Creemos firmemente que este es un paso más en una escalada de actos que amenazan la libertad de expresión de esta empresa periodística y de los periodistas que aquí trabajamos”.
La conductora enfatizó que en su programa se han presentado denuncias contra miembros de este gobierno. “Pero hemos pagado un precio. El indulto a Crousillat, sus acciones judiciales contra esta casa y el pedido de una comisión investigadora por parte del ex ministro de Justicia son parte de estos ataques”.
Recordó que el informe fue “repudiado hace un año”. “¿Por qué resucitó? ¿Por qué la desesperación por aprobarlo cuando ya habían perdido la votación? Es simple. Mi esposo es uno de los tres acusados en este informe y no es funcionario público. Él fue el gerente legal de esta empresa, y yo tuve la osadía de presentar esto hace un mes”.
Volvió a difundir la conversación entre Alberto Quimper y Daniel Saba de Perú-Petro, en la que Quimper se refiere a un diálogo con Jorge del Castillo, en que este le preguntaba por una gestión a favor de petrolera Monterrico de Julio Vera Gutiérrez.

EXPRESÓ PREOCUPACIÓN
Expresó su preocupación por que “los corruptos que están detrás de esto”, crean “que me van a disciplinar, amedrentar, corregir, castigar o, lo que es peor, negociar el contenido de este programa a cambio de que no se metan con mi familia”.
“Esta es una de las formas más viles y bajas de persecución política. No me desprestigia a mí porque, a diferencia de ellos, yo no tengo rabo de paja”.
NO DEJARÁ DE DENUNCIAR
Finalmente se comprometió a no dejar de denunciar la corrupción de este gobierno. “Sabemos a qué nos enfrentamos y sabemos que van a venir por nosotros con triquiñuelas legales, ataques verbales, calumnias y conspiraciones contra inocentes. Que Dios los perdone. Nosotros estaremos firmes en nuestras denuncias”.
Palacios mostró una imagen del congresista Jorge del Castillo+ levantando el pulgar en señal de triunfo, mientras el presidente de la comisión investigadora, Johny Peralta pedía que el tema se vote.
